RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

PRN Vision Group is committed to your safety and satisfaction. We believe you will like PRN products. If a problem occurs or you experience any issues with a PRN product you purchased through our website, call us at 800-900-2303 or email us at info@prnvision.com for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (excludes repeat orders).

  • In order to be eligible for a refund on your purchased goods, you're required to return the products at your own expense.

  • Our return policy allows for refunds on any product, but only the first time you order it. Please note, this refund is only valid if the request is made within 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, repeat orders of the same product cannot be refunded. 

All orders undergo a quality assurance review before shipping, but in the event an error occurs, PRN is committed to correcting it. To report any error, contact PRN’s Customer Relations Department at 800-900-2303.

If you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with PRN’s Customer Relations Department immediately upon receipt of delivery at 800-900-2303. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged product, and PRN will replace it.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

As soon as your order is placed, we aim to deliver it to you in the shortest possible time. Usually, orders leave our warehouse on the same day, so we are unable to modify or cancel processed orders.

Upon receiving your most recent order, please immediately get in touch with our customer service team if looking for a replacement or refund on your first order. If approved, please send back your order to either our warehouse or the PRN Headquarters. Following the receipt of your returned items, we will proceed with processing your refund.

You can cancel up to and including the day before it ships. If you cancel on the day your order is processed, there will be a $12 cancellation fee.
