Use directions for Cotton Liners with D.E.R.M.®:
1. Place D.E.R.M.® mask onto paper towel, front side down (side without writing facing up).
2. Moisten one cotton liner by dipping it briefly into a cup of bottled or filtered drinking water.
3. Gently squeeze out excess water from liner and place over back of D.E.R.M.® mask. Microwave on high as directed below:
• 500 Watt Microwave: 25 seconds
• 1000 Watt Microwave: 20 seconds
• 1500 Watt Microwave: 15 seconds
4. Remove mask from microwave.
5. Test temperature with your fingers. If it feels hot to the touch, wait 15 seconds and test again.
6. For enhanced relaxation, use our Soothing Eye Mist over closed eyelids and face.
7. Gently place mask with moistened liner over closed eyelids (liner touches eyelids). Secure mask with strap.
8. Wear up to 10 minutes or as directed by your eye doctor.
