How Mediviz Warm Eye Mask Works

For Heat Therapy:

  1. Heat It Up: Place the compress on a paper towel in a clean microwave for 20-30 seconds.
  2. Test the Heat: Gently touch to test the temperature. The ideal temperature is 105-110 degrees Fahrenheit. The mask should feel warm but not burn. If too hot, let cool for 1 minute. If too cool, heat up for 5 more seconds. 
  3. Apply: Lay it gently over your closed eyes for 10-20 minutes, or as directed by your doctor.
  4. Repeat (if needed): You can repeat this treatment once or twice a day for best results.
How Mediviz Warm Eye Mask Works

Cleaning Instructions

  1. Wipe with a wet cloth and mild soap, then let air dry.
  2. The mask is ready to reuse after fabric has dried. Usually, wait at least 2 hours.
  3. DO NOT machine wash.
  4. DO NOT submerge in water.
  5. Water immediately if mask is exposed to oils, food, or dirt.

Precautions

  1. Never heat the eye mask longer than 20 seconds on high. Always test mask temperature prior to application. Overheating or prolonged application may cause injury, including burns. For externall use only.
  2. Do not use on infants.
  3. Do not puncture or open mask and/or ingest contents.
  4. Do not apply to sensitive skin or open wounds.
  5. Use only under adult supervision. Please follow all instructions for safe use.
