How Eyecloud Home Treatment Kit Works

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COLD COMPRESS

  1. Place two beads into the back of the Eyecloud® mask. Place contents into a resealable plastic bag and freeze for a minimum of 1 hour.
  2. Remove mask and beads from the freezer. Moisten a cotton liner with filtered or bottled water, and place over the beads and mask.
  3. Place mask over closed eyelids and gently secure the gray velcro® strap in front. Wear for 15+ minutes or as directed by your eye doctor.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR NATURAL MOIST HEAT

  1. Clean and rinse eyelids prior to moist heat therapy. (Gentle Tea Tree Eyelid & Facial CleanserTM can be purchased on eyeeco.prnvision.com)
  2. Insert one liquid instant gel pack into the back of the mask. Take a second gel pack and click the metal disc to activate.*
  3. Place the activated gel pack on top of the first gel pack (inserted into Eyecloud®).
  4. Moisten a cotton liner with filtered or bottled water, and place over the activated gel pack and mask.
  5. Place mask over closed eyelids and gently secure the gray velcro® strap in front. Wear for 15+ minutes or as directed by your eye doctor.
  6. After treatment, discard the liner. Reverse the gel packs so the used gel pack is on the bottom and the liquid Instant pack is now on top. Repeat steps 1 through 5 for the next treatment.

Cleaning Instructions

  1. Hand wash the Eyecloud® mask with mild soap and warm water after each use.
  2. Rinse well and lay flat to dry.

Precautions

It is important that all crystals in the gel pack are melted in the resetting procedure (boiling) to ensure maximum heat output. If your gel pack is cooling down quickly during use, try boiling it again to reset. This will help ensure all crystals are liquefied.
